Look on craigslist. There are a lot of boxes out there. I used to have a DeeZee on my old steppie.

The only boxes I could find on CL were either for stepside mid-size trucks, or full size trucks. I just brke down and bought one from tractor supply.

Reg price was 275 i think, (keep in mind I have a styleside not stepside) It was marked 60off. it had a scratch or a small dent in it that I talked the manager down to 200even with tax :)

everywhere else was wanting 300+ for a box. Check with TSC, they can special order if they dont have anything in stock.

that also depends on if you are able to obtain those tools. such as welder. cutter. maybe even plasma gun. theres alot of tools needed to make a pretty decent one. they boxes on cl shouldnt be that much out of your range. id suggest getting one from there. its faster. easier. and less time wasted.

Wait for a box on Craigslist. You will save yourself a TON of money.
