Headlight mod?

Well im not a fan of having to wire stuff up for two reasons.
-I hate looking at wiring diagrams
-if I mess up its on me

So I been thinking instead of this,

what if I did this

and put 05 - 08 F150 head lights in?

Or will they be too wide?

Oh P.S. - Im not a big fan of HIDS either lol Well not on my truck anyway

That bottom portion of the front end is the header. It's bigger than you can see - everything mounts to that. The 150 lights won't fit either without some serious custom work. I'm also going to get the same lights you want (the ones with the halos)

Yeah I figured it wouldn't be as easy as I had thought. The lights look nice, I just have bad luck with wiring things up. Watch some videos of a guy wire some of the lights (The halos) ti the driving lights.

Ebay is your best bet to find them, search for ranger headlights

compare the 2 side by side and you will see how massive the fittys lights are compared to rangers. i would rather splice a few wires as oppose to hacking up my hood, fenders and grille shell

I think the Black headlight mod would be tight!

But those lights (although somewhat ricey) are pretty cool too. What exactly do you have to mess with to hook them up? They should have a harness that hooks right into your factory sockets and powers both lights.... Unless you mean the Halos in which case all you really have to do is splice into the constant power of the parking lamps. or run a switch.

I plan on running the halos and LEDs on my parking lights circuit, no switches needed.

there will probably need a constant power for what i would think would be a higher draw than the stock headlights, run to a whole new relay setup...

I just hate messing with tires, the seller has video on youtube of tying in the LED'HALO's to the parking circuit and I just dont want to mess with that

Those are just blacked out regular lights, you can probably get em off ebay, or do em yourself.

Well basically the same thing... From brazil they are gonna be pretty hard to get ahold of and get in the US though. Unless they are DOT approved.

Blacked out 2 piece
