i'm going to be going to the place on Monday to get a template made and i will als order the flat black vinyl, i will also get some pictures of the other vinyls to see if any body is still interested in the other ones

i'm down to order one.. i almost had mine painted black at one point but it was going to cost too much. let me know how this goes

Good idea rather than painting it, gives you a bunch of color options... Grabber orange maybe? I'd take a few different colors..

I'm still not 100% on what exactly I'm being asked if I want. Are you talking about just the recessed strip in the center of the hood, or the whole dome, or the dome with the recess cut out or.......?

I believe just the part that is recessed..Look at the pic. with it circled..

flat black would look cool. and it would kind of match the theme im going with on my truck.

i can get orange,blue,grey,yellow and white as well as flat black. the others besides the flat black are like a glossy i'm going to try to take pictures of the other colors

and yes it is for that recessed spot in the middle of the hood

when we get them made we also need to know what year each truck is so we know how many of each we need

ill let you know once i get mine on, and as for colors once we have the template, we should get most colors without having to order a whole roll of vinyl, flat black is the only color we ordered so far.

Someone should do a PS of where this will go as well as how it would look. This would help people.

I'm partial to flat black. I'm also curious to see what this would look like.

I agree it could be a big pain, but then again if we take our time it shouldn't be a prob...I might take my hood off when i do this, I think it would be easier to get it perfect IMO...

It wont be as hard as you think. Think about it like applying something with double sided tape. you only lay down a little and make sure its lined up and then pull the backing off as you apply it. Just not all at once.

yea i totally agree. sorry i should have edited out the part about taking the hood off first. i was just reffering to laying it down in general.
