i know this isnt what you were really looking for but this is what I have. I blinds people behind me if they look at me when they are on, its always been enough light for me to see when hooking up trailers, pulling people out, and helps with the seeing wile backing up with the dark tint.
They were $20 at walmart, and are driving lights I think with 55watt bulbs. Nobody seems to know they are there till I turn them on.

Try this too, it mounts around the receiver leaving it open.

I actually just ordered 2 sets of some slim 2" by 5" H3 bulb reverse lights.. 2 sets because they were cheap and I figured when I get my rollbar made and delivered her ein the near future, I would mount another two on the back of that.
I'll take some pictures like normal when they get here and I get them mounted up :-)

DC 12V 55W H3 (Halogen); extends night time range. Light has 3/8in. adjustable bracket.
On a side note, I'm tempted to buy some 2" by 2" right angle stock iron to mount up from the bolts at the top to behind the rearso it can protect the backside from flying deris

I would suggest just ordering up a brand new set then :-) only 12 bucks! You have to supply your own wiring/switches for it.. but it isnt bad in the least!
I actually just put an order into delcity for switches, wiring, and several other misc items, so I should have it all installed y early next week.
