Icon5 Looking into polyurethane

Well, I am looking into switching my body mounts and front end components from rubber to polyurethane and I'm curious if anybody has done the same. If so, what are your opinions on them?

Also, where would I order them from? I live in up north near Barrie in Ontario, Canada.

Thanks in advance

I converted all my front and and rear end bushings/mounts to poly. Ride is noticeably stiffer, but the feel is like new and the handling and smoothness of the suspension travel is awesome. I haven't driven it in the cold with them yet . . . that will be an experience.

The poly radius arm bushings, tie rod ends, sway bar bushings (front and rear) and upgraded 4.0 supercab springs (installed for 5.0 weight) combined with my BII rear sway bar make it handle pretty close to my old 88' Mustang GT lowered 2". Highly recommended upgrades.

but remember if you do the motor mounts you have to do the tranny mount too or it could crack, because the motor will move less than tranny and put stress on things

My truck is a super-cab anyways. I don't plan on doing the engine and tranny mounts any time soon but when I switch to poly for everything else I will also be installing a Rough Country 4" lift found here:http://www.roughcountry.com/ford_83-97_midsize.htm

If someone could shoot me a shopping list of all swap-able parts I'm going to need it'd be greatly appreciated.

Again, thanks in advance
