i did a 3/6 drop DJM dream beams and rear axle flip kit. had to shim the drive shaft carrier bearing and eventually c-notched the rear frame bc the axle was "riding" on the bump stops. iirc it was done for around 600 in parts and 2 days by my self- not recommended... rear axle is heavy and an extra pair of hands is needed. you will need to get the front end checked after and adjust the headlamps. this was my 93 extracab that i dropped in 98 or so.

DJM suspension all the way. I really want to lower my ranger with their 4/5 kit but it'll have to wait. I had their calmax 4/6 kit on a silverado years back, I was really happy with the quality and ride.
