01 2wd bumper

well the reason for this is when i put on some bigger tires i took off the lower valance and now i no longer have said valance(long story). anyways...with out it the bumper looks unfinnished. i was thinking of taking another bumper from a similar truck turn it upside down and triming what needs to be trimed for it to bolt on. then use some sort of trim to cover the gap between the two. if i made no sense let me know and ill try to clarify. also let me know what you think of this.

ive got a xlt. ill try again now that i am compleatly awake
i was thinking of buying the metal part of an xlt bumper cutting off the mount points and cut the ends of the bumper (the part that angles to compleat the wheel well) off straight. next turn it upside down and bolt it onto the underside of the bumper that is on my truck. with it bolted on like this there will be a small gap between the two. to cover this i would use some sort of black trim.
