If you could get "60 hp and 4/6 mpg" for $89, Ford would have done it stock, they sell cars/trucks by the HP and MPG

You go to the dealer and buy a new car, and they tell you for $89 less we can reduce your engine by 60 HP and lower your mpg by 4 mpg, do you think anyone would go for it?
