OHC lighting flipped?

Would it be worth it to take the ribbon that powers ther bulbs in the explorer OHC and flip so you could mount the bulbs facing down? I have blue 194 leds in mine right now and they really dont put off much light. Would this help?

Well i finally got around to trying this mod. I had the freakin ribbon that they used for the lighting. Long story short i flipped it put it in, and blew my fuse. Set it back to stock and said screw it.
