I just got finished having my mickey Thompsons powder coated. I would like to paint the chrome running boards without getting too complicated? Any suggestions on how to do that? Should I just sand the metal a bit, and use Rustoleum bedliner, or flat black right over the metal and plastic? Any suggestions?

I just painted my grill with bedliner as well. waiting for it to dry. I tried it on my older grill first to see what would happen, and I must say it dried fast, and looks pretty good. Not sure how it will hold up, guess ill see. There are no options for grills on 2006 Rangers, other than inserts that require cutting, and I'm not into that. So when it drys, I think I'm gonna wrap the grill in fiberglass Netting/screening, kind of like a bra, but just for the grill. I wanted to try something different
