Just make sure you cover 100%, and then seal the holes for your seat bolts so water doesnt start rusting them - vinyl floors and herculiner and such are all good to go - but dont come crawling 5 years down the road wondering why you have rust eating holes in your floorpan because it wasnt sealed properly

I have a 2004 ranger that i got linexed(like rhino liner) except that i got the whole lower half of my truck, inside and around my wheel wells, tail gate and inside my step wells and doors. (by the way if you live where salt is put on your roads in the winter the salt wont rust out you truck) but to get to the point. this is amazing stuff but before it was done the sales guy explained how they can texture texture their product and also make it rubber but baby bumb smooth. so if you can get a skilled installer with patience you could get and awsome job. But good luck to clean it with towels. i have to use a pressure washer with soap and then the tire cleaner spray to shine it up. Also Amazing for off roading protection.
