My stock nerf bars are half a$$ rock-sliders =]

Not good for much anything else. When I first got the truck I use to get tangled up in those damn things trying to hop in the truck. They'll come off as soon as I have a pair of bonified rock sliders.

And the rock sliders that were once available are no longer on the Jusnes Modified site????

my reason for keeping them is... yes...they are half *** rock sliders...and they keep my black/silver theme goin...but they also affect ground clearance (very lil and i doubt that i would need that much...but one never knows...)

Me personally, I dont like THAT particular desing for step bars. their a squashed tube... I like the full circle bars. now, I havent looked OVERLY closely, but are they a full tube, or did ford go ultra cheap and cut the bottom off so their open on the bottom? Anyways If i had a choice between take em off, black ones or chrome, i pick chrome. but then again, u could take em off, and make a cpl hundred by selling them on ebay- but if you do decide to go that route, be sure to post that they will only either a door or a 4 door cause the brakets are different.

Ugly. Get real rock sliders. You arent lifted enough to even need a stepbar.

they look pretty good.
I keep mine on only to stop the rocks and stuff from hitting the body of my truck...its been used for a rock slider as well, and my passanger one is going to fall off soon...prob one of the next time someone steps on it.

Laaame. Overpriced pieces of junk that should be on a big vehcle.

Unless you're a midget, then maybe they're useful.

Yay! Good man! They make the truck look lower in my opinon!

And ALSO, if you're using em as rocksliders you're offroading wrong. Ironically they cost as much as rocksliders!

Mine came out of a JY and I sanded and repainted them. I added them to help my girlfriend get in and out of the truck easier. I don't personally use them, but if it helps my lady, then they are worth keeping :)

i like them. they look like a nice way to protect the rockers from road debris.
I actually use my bars. well, everyone else uses the passenger side more then i use the drivers side. I find them useful when washing, wearing dress clothes, not really wanting to step in mud/water when not offroading or when i am offroading, i use them as rock sliders, or a way to not go knee deep if i have to get out when stuck.
