What are some good grills and tailights for a red ranger
i really need new lights and tailights..any ideas?

Not sure about tail lights , but for a good girll in the north country , ya can't beat a fat chick in the winter.
Keeps ya warm at night and make for great ballast for Winter roads.

Tail lights? I suggest something of the LED variety, last longer and typically brighter.
