Spraying Rocker Panels?

This spring I'm thinking of spraying my rocker panels with some Rust-Oleum Bed liner. Because of tires flinging rocks all over the place. What would you guys think of it.

I just sprayed mine with Duplicolor bedliner & it looks great.
Best $10 I've spent.

I never got around to cleaning the masking tape goo off & now they're all covered in dirt & salt, but after 2 good coats of bedliner, it's hard as a rock & has just a bit of texture.

Rattle can.
It only took about 1 can for all the rockers & inside the door sills.
Even had enough left to shoot a light coat on the tailgate too.
I probably need to give the tailgate a couple more coats though.

You'll want to do it in a WELL ventilated area, that stuff is 10x worse than any spray paint I've ever smelled.

I used a green scotch brite pad to scuff everything up really well, wiped down with rubbing alcohol, let dry, masked off & sprayed 2 or 3 coats.
