Drilling Fog Lights

How hard would it be to drill some holes into the lower valance and then install stock ranger fog lamps into them?

what would i have to use to water seal the holes? like a weather stripping and some silicon or sumthing?

just an idea because thats the perfect spot for them...

the fog lights are self contained units
they do not have to be sealed to the valance
if the seal in the light is broken that is another subject and question.....

The plastic XLT 4x2 one?
http://silvertank.batcave.net/PMI.htm

The 4x4 XLT one already has lights, as does the Edge valance.
Some more info would help, as your name suggests you have a 4x4, but the avatar shows a Mustang. Mongo confused.....

im done asking now, im just going to try and get a bumper that already has fog lights instead of trying to cut holes in my bumper and mounting them myself..

george what you did was exactly what i wanted to do, but i wanted to put in actual 4" fog lights

That wouldn't work on my truck, since there's nothing behind the valance but air. The fogs need something to support them from the back. It's better to just get a differant valance, than to try to engineer something.
