Ohc

What exactly do I need to pull from the exploder for my truck? I have the console, I am going to get the bracket and temp guage 2morow. Am I missing anything?

The OHC, some of its harness, bracket and the temp sensor.

some of the harness from the exploder? Or the harness thats connected to the ohc?

The harness connected to it. Just give yourself enough room to be able to add your own wires to the stock wires. So like 6 inches of wire should be fine. Do the same for the temp sensor.

alrighty thank you very much. I just noticed I posted this in new ideas when i meant to post it in general disc. Woops! Sorry lol

if I wanted to take out the old dome lights in the ohc and put new led lights in. What wires whould I connect the LED lights pos and neg to on the ohc?

find the positive and negative posts. In my OHC I had a Red and a Green wire for positive and black for negative.

There are two types of map lights that ive seen in the OHC one has a cheap piece of metal that when you screw the light in it makes contact with. The other is a better made contact no pics but if you want some I can get them for you.

The more wiring harness you get the better, I pulled down the headliner of the exploder and the A-piller trim and cut the harness at the point it went under the dash gave me about 4 feet of wire to play with.

Make sure you get the bracket.
