Yay or Nay Thread.

Don't want to lift the ranger really. i like how it sits right now.

but i def need to get more clearance in the front.

Drop down a tire size. (33's are awesome but don't need them 100%)

1'' Body lift. <-- Don't really want to do but its extra clearance (3'' BL is out of the question)

Fiberglass Fenders for the front <-- newest and best idea right now. plus i'm fine with painting it myself.

Reason for them: slight more clearance only where i need it. they stick out more (so cops will be happy since i'm tech illegal right now) a lot less labor intensive than a body lift.

Pictures in this post, looks great and not massive or anything.

I think 1" BL would be a good option for your truck. I agree that 3" BL would be too much and I don't think the fiberglass fenders would look quite right with the flare side.

take out the 5.0 then send it here and i'll ship you back a 3.0. you'll have less sagging in the front.

but honestly, a 1" bl would be better off. idk how it would look with glass up front. test fit andys on or something haha

1" body lift over the fenders. Yes they can serve their purpose but fiberglass fenders look dumb in my opinion.

Damnit i've really started to like the look of the fenders, i found a bunch of good looking trucks on expo portal and thats where i got the idea since the trucks were mostly stock fenders.

Tighten your torsion bars. jack up the front of the truck. Go under your truck and you will see at the end of the torsion bar (along the driver/pass door) and tighten the bolt that is diagonal and is connected to the torsion key. i tightened mine and gave me alot of clearance. easy job to do. just make sure you lift both sides exactly the same.

My bars have been cranked for a bit. hence why i can fit 33's on a stock truck.

I have a one inch body lift and maxed torsion bars ( I have number one t-bars) also shackles in the rear with 33s. The tires still rub in the front but only while flexing it completely out

trim trim trim.

fenders will look silly on a stock truck, as your not wider then normal. body lift is a good option. also consider the cost of them.

I vote for the 1" body lift also... Not a big fan of fiberglass fenders.

1 inch body lift and slightly cranked bars will give you the clearance you want.
