Leaking Oil help

I have a 2003 Ford Ranger 4.0L FX4 that started leaking oil around the oil filter area which is on the passenger side of the engine. It started leaking a week ago out of nowhere and I have no idea where it could be leaking from. Oil seems to be dripping from the oil filter and dripped on the frame. Also oil appears to be level with the top of the filter and down meaning there is no oil dripping from above that that i can see. It has been driven 1000 miles since its last oil change Sept, 14 2017. I have tried tightening the filter to see if it came loose and it was not. I have 174,227 miles on the truck so It is possible that something gave out. If anyone has an idea please let me know.
These are pictures i took are from under my truck
