'01+ 4x4 Manual Transmission Tailhousing

Anybody have (or know where to get) a 4x4 tailhousing for a 2001+ manual transmission (with the OSS sensor).

Or have a 2001+ 4x4 manual transmission that fits the 3.0L for a good price?
