When I bought this 98 Ranger, I noticed the engine was out! (Perfect time to make a deal, I thought) The engine had just come back from the Machine Shop. Cleaned, painted, new rings, bearings, valve job, milled head, to clean up. New lifters, valve seals. Man, this thing is CLEAN!

Everything was bead-blasted, dipped, resized, honed and assembled with new rings, bearings and seals.

This motor is complete with starter, alt, mass air flow sensor, hoses, pipes, brackets, bolts are in bags, labeled.
Being an "engine-man" myself, I have left this apart, so you can see for yourself that the work has been done, as stated.
