Complete drum brake assemblies from my 2006 FX4 LII.

The backing plates fit a 31-spline axle (not the standard 28-spline) - all other parts the same.

All components except passenger side e-brake cable.

82,000 miles - still plenty of pad left.

I take it these cannot be retrofitted to an '83 XLT?

The backing plate will not fit - the 31 spline axle tube end is a larger diameter.

If you have the same size drums (diameter) as these, all the other parts will work.
