That isnt cut to ranger width, its been swaped to spring over with the pads at ranger width.

 

Right from his post..."Ford Ranger width but can be modified for a Jeep"

Now, does he know that Exs are wider than Rangers, I don't know, but from his post it sounds like he narrowed it.

Edit: Ah, I see, pad width, not axle.....oh well, good easy swap for someone...
