I want a broke *** t-case shift motor..

well not BROKEN i need that little gear inside that turns. I'm going to weld a screw driver onto it and take out/grind down the worm gear so i dont have to take apart the **** to shift all the time..

and i dont want to tear apart the one in my truck that i believe is still good.
