Larry the 99 visors have sold, but the 03s are still available and hill fit rangers 93-2011 shipping the visors in the US runs around $10 for visors

im intersted in the driver side kick panel. will you measure them for me. ill take out my passengar one and see if they are the same size. i have a 97 not sure if they are the same size.
