WTB: Remote Keyless Entry Key Fob Thing-CA

im looking to buy a pretty new key fob with the lock/unlock/panic buttons on it. my dads broke to his 2003 f-150 and i want to get him one for fathers day. let me know if you have an extra one laying around.

I have the factory one for a ranger thats not in use im thinking they can be reprogrammed pm me if interested.

they are easy to program. You program the vehicle to the keyfob basically. IIRC, you sit in the car and turn the key from OFF to RUN (without starting it) 8 times and on the 8th time, you leave it in the RUN position. When you get to that point, the locks will start popping up and down in the car locking and unlocking. When that happens, you basically push the unlock button on the remote (or lock button i forget) to program it to the car. It should then be ready to use

Im stating this from memory. I might have some minor facts a little off.
