Im pretty sure all you need to do is take it by the DMV and have them run an inspection on it. if it meets current standards your golden.
but Im thinking you would pay a hefty tariff fee for bringing it into the country.
all in all, Im going to guess that $12k truck would end up costing you $18k or more.
