Send a PM to TrePaul86. He's got a TTB front shaft which is PERFECT for making into a SL shaft. It's actually the same shaft I started with on my build....93-97 TTB Ranger shaft. Just needs shortening and balancing and can't forget your adaptor and now you've got the $550 Superlift shaft for about a 1/3 the cost. I believe we're somewhat local too so shipping won't be too horrible either.

Would work for him, but still needs shortening unless he's tossing in a manual case.

if he uses the 95-96 explorer shaft and installs a yoke from a older style 1354 t case in the case he has now it will bolt in are do the manual t case. the adaptor takes up too much room and still have to shorten the shaft. no matter whitch shaft you use

Where can the adapter be bought? So i can use a older ranger shaft and get it shortened? I dont really want to open the tcase. Shane are you still using the ttb shaft on your truck?

All your answer and more are found here: https://www.ranger-forums.com/f37/fr...veshaft-73188/

Beard had a link at about page 6 or 7 with a six states link to the 100% correct adapter with 6 bolt flange. The exact adapter Superlift includes on their shafts. Yes I'm still running the shortened TTB shaft+adaptor under my truck that's shown in that thread.

Like I said....TrePaul86 has a shaft that he's not gonna use anymore from a TTB truck. It used to be my shaft and I'm sure he'd let it go for a good deal. Shoot him a PM.

Here's the thread I made a while back that I was telling you about... it's got the measurements you need once you find the shaft you're going to use.
