I haven't decided yet. I will probably go with a limited slip in the rear for road manners and an Aussie Locker in the front for off roading.

I pulled the all nighter Friday night and didn't get it done. I worked on it Sunday and today to finish. It runs great and shifts perfectly.

I will post up pictures later.

A little over $2,000 total. Still isn't bad for what I have done to it.

Here is a few pictures. I don't have any of during the install because I forgot my camera at home.

Here is the new parts going in.

- 4.0 Starter

- 4.0 Slave Cylinder

- 4.0 Clutch & pressure plate

- Misc. Items needed

- M50D-R1 Transmission

- New starter power and trigger wires. Since the 4.0 Starter has a constant hot to it and a trigger wire and my BII has a switched hot to the starter, I had to created this contraption and route it down to the starter.

My twin sticks

No, those 4WD shift ***** are like $80-$100. I almost bought one until I found one for $35 off of Pirate that didn't really fit, so I had to gorilla glue it on.

Scott, it wasn't bad with small razor knife. The stick hole is too big, so I am going to MAE an aluminum plate to hole the carpet down and then screw the shift boot trim ring to the plate. Since the M50D shifter is farther forward than the stock BII shifter, the BII floor plate wouldnt work.

I ordered the shifter **** from Ford but it hasn't come in yet. I think it was like $15 total.

Looks good but I think the boot bezel that is not offset so much would work better for you. I dunno though, thats just how it looks in the pics. Did you ever get that 1354?

the shifter is offset pretty good. I will see what it is like when I put the 1354 in in a couple weeks. I am getting it when I go to the Dunes next weekend.

I got a new radiator installed in the BII. This is a '94 4.0 manual transmission radiator.

Out with the old...

Side by side comparison.....

Na it did awsome. It ran up in temp a bit, but I think that was the leaky radiator that used to be in it.

I got a some air in the woopties and the front suspension took it like a champ!
