This is a weekend and first of the week update. Maurice picked up leaf spring bushings on Friday, but didn't get to do much because of a balloon glow in town we went to (ofcourse our significant others wanted to go; who are sisters BTW).

With the poly bushings, you have to remove the factory metal sleeve.

Saturday mornings work...

New James Duff brake lines:ohyeah:

New u-joint flange...

Yesterday after work Maurice got her on the ground and driving...The u-bolts are 5/8" diameter rod because the shop didn't have any 1/2" rods. I drilled out the spring plates to accept the bigger u-bolt. Maurice will be ordering a new spring plate set soon.

She is setting pretty level now. The ride and the driving with the 4.56 gears and 31's I drove it last night and it is awsome!

The rear end right now sticks out about 3/4"-1" more than the front with the Explorer 8.8 installed. By the end of next month he will have a Ranger Dana 35 up front, so that will help.

It will already tuck the tires, Maurice doesn't want the fenders ripped off...

He knows that. The hole spacing on the plates was off after he drilled them out. I think he is ordering a set from Ruff Stuff this week.

Yea he got banned for what the mods call "moderator abuse", but then they tell everyone he had it coming.

I am updating them on R-F and TRS. He is doing the other Ranger sites. He sends me what he posted and I update them. Granted I change them a bit so the mods don't think he is talking through my screen name.

Looks good so far. Any plans to touch up the roof and hood? Looks like the paint needs some serious help.

Maurice has ordered new plates from Ruff Stuff. They should be here next week sometime. Read above comments as to why they are the way they are.

The hood is getting painted stock color and the top is getting painted a tan to make it look like a removeable top on a full size.

here is an example, but only different colors. Where it is white on this Bronco II, Maurice's will be tan.

I talked to Maurice a couple days ago and he said something about getting a new front axle ready.
