$400 f150 project
I just bought a 84 f150 for $400, it has a 351 Windsor with a 4 speed manual. The truck currently doesn't run but needs an intake manifold, carburetor, fuel tank and radiator. It has 35in tires, a 6in suspension lift and a 4in body lift, it also came with a 350 Chevy motor in the bed. My plan is to find body panels in better shape or bang them out with a hammer and to get it running so i can have two trucks.

Update
I got a carburetor (4bbl Holley) for $30, now i need an intake manifold, radiator, battery, alternator, exhaust manifold, and maybe a gas tank.
Good news though I was talking to my older brother about my truck and he is sending me a $400 check for parts, now i need to go to the junkyard.

No his name is Charlie good guess though lol
Whats wrong with the body lift, and I think the tires might fit because of the suspension lift.

I was planning on doing a bit of both, how about if I changed it to a 2in body lift would that be safer? And is it hard to take the body lift off, if its a safety issue then I would want to take it off.
