Got the templates to box in the frame made. Dan is turning them into a DXF so tomorrow i'll take the dxf and turn it into a cut file for our plasma table and cut them out.

Yes I'll be running the 1354 for now. Got something planned for it aswell.

The top is one peice, the front is a peice, and the rear is a peice. Each with an additional layer welded on top.

I'll have alot of welding to do tomorrow. Should have this and my frame box-in plates on the truck tomorrow.

The holes in the front/rear will be dimple died. the holes in the top are so I can weld it to the underlying peice. It will have one more weld hole in the top since the upper link tabs will be trying to pry them apart.

a truss is better overall, but I was going with leafs in the back so I didnt want to try and truss and do leafs, easier for me to just buy the HD housing.

I think currie sells a housing with the truss across the back for leaf spring guys... Not ideal, but its out there.

We already sell an 8.8 truss but its just a basic one to mount links to, but if theres enough interest ya never know.

Hard to tell but does the metal used to box the frame fit inside the rails, or flush to the outside?
