I have a 3" BL, it will fit. You do know its about the same width as a 4.6?

I dont have near the restrictions as a stock truck. its just got to fit under the hood and between the frame rails.

I would cut your firewall and move the engine back as far as possible.

You would be golden if you could fit about 6-8" of the motor in the cab. Granted you most likely wouldnt be able to use your stock dash though.

Will your new coilovers handle the extra weight? Or are you gonna have to get stronger coils?

its going to be stock on the inside, although i see your point but Nick is also doing this as a 'I can do this' for his business so we are keeping it as close to stock looking as possible.

I think I went a bit too stiff this first time around and the extra weight should help smooth it out.

When I choose my coil springs i went 250 tender and 350 main, I should have gone with a 225 or a 210 on the tender. Or ran a triple which would make it ride smoother on the road.

The only problem with that is they will interfere with slidders unless he can route it above them.
