5.4L DOHC 4v Project!

Decided what I wanted and rolling with it.

Picked up a 2000 Lincoln Navigator last night in Detroit, Mi (3 hour drive)

Thanks to Kevin and Evan for helping me load it! (what a pain with 4 flat tires and no running engine)
Another thanks to Rob for finding it.

So stock form 300HP and 355ft/lbs of TQ

Technical specs will come as it evolves, this is going to take some serious time to complete I am sure.

NicksterSVT is going to be doing most of the swap so he or I will be posting progress in here.

Pics (not much)

I was always under the impression you live an hour north of detroit? It was a last minute decision yesterday afternoon.

I should have called you though, sorry.

The lincoln navi has the DOHC 5.4L 4v engine, which was only offered in select mustang cobra models, lincoln blackwood, and the ford GT. From my understanding its the beast modular Ford motor.

Its not the same 5.4 offered in the f150s and expeditions.
