He couldn't cut into a clean bed. Traded for a shitty one. He just needs the bed itself for the fiberglass.

ill probably rhino line the inside later down the road. its 2 am, im exhausted, started at 10:30. ran into a bunch of snags but got one side mounted. it rides great!

placed my bed on my creeper

droop

ride height

dam near perfect angle, will probably be spot on with the bed weight.

thats all for tonight, im beat.

oh, full drop to the bottom of the stock bump stop, 15.5"

that'd be sweet if i get it. the driveshaft even clears the crossmember by about two mill

just a heads up, i ran my belltechs for a while with the drop hangers untill i got longer bolts for the new shackles...they make contact with the pinch seam right above them on the bed floor.

I would look into getting shorter ones. not much maybe an inch or so.

The space between the bed and the cab looks like you pulled a raptor owner mod.

yep. the problem is the glass hardened flat, and has to be pulled in to fit. being that its thick glass vs a sheet of metal, its trying to pull it towards the cab. i need to fab a support bar to hold it where it needs to be. for tonight i put a ratchet strap on it, should be OK till the morning.

about 1.5". i thought about that, but its 360 welded top and bottom, and 1/4" plate. i could jack the truck up off it, it wont go anywhere.

probably could have, but the further up you go, the further the shock swings in the travel. i think the body would contact the frame in the hole if it went further up.

minimal update, but still progress. the axle is now in a position where with a bit of wrench time i can have it ready to swap over.

Awesome! big thanks to my buddy for letting me use his angle finder and his stick welder. that thing BUZZED those perches on no problem!

Picked up the brakes, and seals. my stack of axle parts keeps growing.
