can anyone say f-550?

there is a 2000 or so year f-550 super duty, 4x4,crew cab, flat bed, drw, i think i am going to get to work on and have fun. there is no motor in it and it is a deseil but thats details. i think i could get it cheap. i will let you know if or when i get it.

i was wanting a used f250 powerstroke but even with 80k miles they still wanted 30 grand plus.

yea a used one with 100K miles on it will run around $5,000.....

yeah the for f250 through f550 use the same motor.... i drive a 08 f350 at work and the twin turbo is very nice.......

Id get the Cat motor they put in them. I believe its a cat, might be another brand.

f-250 now

the guy sad that it would be 9,000 grand for the 550 with motor but than he told me he a f-250 with no motor for sale and i think i will get that because i could do some muding and the 550 would more for working

there is no way in hell i would go with gas!!!! if you how much i want a diesel i am going to run that thing 24/7 just to lisen to it lol

Diesel is no good for mud bogging, my buddy had a ram 2500 cummins and the diesels over heat like crazy in the mud.

Oh, thats easy.. the frame is diesel! The engine is jsut there.. its the frame that makes the engine run diesel.. *duh*

hah Yeah, from reading above, theres almost no reason to try finding a big 12v for that, ridiculousy expensive.. its almost cheaper to just buy a brand new truck with it in there, so you dont have to worry about fixing anythign up, and its brand new

my buddy works for ford, he says there is nothing but constant problems with those twin turbos, and that they had already replaced a couple engines with twin turbos, have you had any problems??
