lol...It just doesn't make sense, there is still decent tread left but it went from a 38 to a 33. Unless there is 6 inchs of tread depth, but i don't believe so!

Funny on the tire size, I was trying to be funny on the 35/33 thing (doesn’t work well on this site), no tire will have 2.5” of tread.

Anyway, if there isn’t enough air in the tire then you get less height and more width, maybe that’s it ?

Well i got started on my bumper today!

holy hell is it alot of work, but gotta love it lol
Started out with a flat chrome rig bumper that my boss gave to me...figured that would work perfect. Thank god for the plasma cutter or i woulda been there all day!
still needs alot of work!

This is what i started with...sorry for the bad pics.

after alot of cutting and folding

Did a little bit of welding and thats where were at for now

It still needs alot of work and is no where near finished, but i figured id show ya'll how far i got.
Let me know what you guys think!

It was a big rig bumper. It looks thin from the pictures but its not, not sure on the exact thickness but it should be more then sufficient when complete. I plan to weld a skeleton of 1 inch square tubing along the inside edges and box in the back of it.

Da ----s the big deal? there all the same....the used one was new 4 months ago on my parts truck....so there's no reason to buy another one. Its not rust on it if thats what your thinking....its primer.

Wait what? Like you just put a lift in or like you jacked it up and then set it down? If so it goes right back to normal.

You ever put a vehicle with ttb up in the air? the suspension flexes out and sits on the tires that way until you get in and turn the wheel.....
