Getting my truck ready for paint....got it primed and ready to paint, then it started to rain. FML so hopefully next weekend ill get her painted.
This is the color is it going...volvo 423 autumn gold
Just got all my stuff picked up for my sas, im also buyin an eb explorer off my aunt with a 5.0. So expect some crazy changes very very shortly!
Also will be stretching the frame for extended cab long bed! should be pretty cool. and possible a long bed stepside.

Well i got started on my bumper today!
holy hell is it alot of work, but gotta love it lol
Started out with a flat chrome rig bumper that my boss gave to me...figured that would work perfect. Thank god for the plasma cutter or i woulda been there all day!
still needs alot of work!
This is what i started with...sorry for the bad pics.
after alot of cutting and folding
Did a little bit of welding and thats where were at for now
It still needs alot of work and is no where near finished, but i figured id show ya'll how far i got.
Let me know what you guys think!

It was a big rig bumper. It looks thin from the pictures but its not, not sure on the exact thickness but it should be more then sufficient when complete. I plan to weld a skeleton of 1 inch square tubing along the inside edges and box in the back of it.

Da ----s the big deal? there all the same....the used one was new 4 months ago on my parts truck....so there's no reason to buy another one. Its not rust on it if thats what your thinking....its primer.

You ever put a vehicle with ttb up in the air? the suspension flexes out and sits on the tires that way until you get in and turn the wheel.....
