i just put a plate on the frame, welded it and then put tube on it... i will probably do some more gusset work if need be but for now it is fine.

btw it is sitting on all 4s outside getting ready for a nice wash before I go home.

suspension
frame
dana60
etc is all done.

now the engine rebuild begins.

That 60 and how the new frame sits looks way better,adds the beef. so what kinda up travel did you end up gaining? 8"+ or so? Looks nice and roomy now
