Heh, Actually - an actuating valve with a downpipe followed by a standard 2 Cat Converter and dropped pipe out the back would be pretty nice - on the days you want some Oomph, flip the actuator.. if you want to hear yourself think, turn it off and switch it to the cats pipe :-)

I would normally say you should make it loud. But I think you're doing the right thing. Hearing the whole and truck and your spotter is more important.

seriously.... zachs right you need to be able to hear your truck and spotters... open headers and e cut outs are pretty much useless, unless your drag racing.

if it were me i would do a flowmaster 50 series or 80 series, keep it quitish and giver a rumble at the same time

I highly doubt Zach would ever put a flowmaster on any of his vehicles.

mufflers are overrated. Just use a tomato pasta can ducttaped to your headers. Most power.

magnaflow is the only mufflers i will buy, ever.

as for the truck i pulled the oil pan and fixed the guides that were hitting the rod bolts as i turned it over by hand.

changed the filter in the transmission and finished off the throttle cable and gas pedal stuff.

You must have missed the part where he said he won't use anything but Magnaflow

A+ for effort though
