I am still amazed that you are getting this thing to fit and now long tubes?!

Did you widen the frame a bunch in the front to make room?

My 5.0L is a tight fit, especialy with mustang shorties, i cant emagine what it looks like with a mod.

we are getting them basically for the flanges and some of the bends... brand doesnt matter at this point in time, they are going to get coated once all said and done

Oh ok, I thought you were just going to bolt them on. They have the crappiest welds of like any header company, but since you're basically making your own using them for some parts then it shouldn't matter. Just looking out for you guys.

oh yea, they are junk for bolt ons. had my rounds with them, and if anyone ever offers you a good deal on flow techs, they are worse than pace setters, so steer clear! i ordered a set and they sent me two right side headers and the flanges werent even welded on straight, rendering them useless. you get what you pay for most of the time with headers...

well the long tubes will get hacked up some, so im not sure they would be the same as real long tubes.

The frame is probably 2" wide? maybe 3 well now around the engine the frame is only 1.75" wide. We really didnt widen it other than that. The tightest fit is around the master cylinder/booster and steering. other than that it doesnt fit too bad at all.
