It not aligned or tuned at all so I expect it to drive like crap.

Once I am done with it, it will drive straight for at least a half mile without holding the steering wheel. Trust me. And that isnt bad for a truck on 42s.

I didnt spend that much on the D30 really. Just a lot of wrench time to get it right.

When you do these single axle swaps, is there so much custom work that you have to do the alignment yourself, or are there shops that can still figure it out for you?

Judging by the work I have seen him do I don't think Zach needs a shop to do the work for him. lol

If the guy at the alignment shop knows what he is doing, and you have the steering geometry close to spec (caster, camber etc) it can be aligned.

Not bad at all! I can't even say the same for my all stock suspension IFS. If I tap the brakes the wheel pulls to which ever side the roads dips to. The rack needs replaced, it's so loose haha.

Hey Zach, I drove over there and put a booger in a secret place. If you can find it ill give you a free super duty sticker to put on your truck.

Huge props to both of you guys and all the work you put in. To me it doesn't look like you guys cut any corners, all nice work

Question for either one of you. Whats the gauge setup like? Maybe I'm still a little noob on wiring aftermarket gauges to newer vehicles. Do the wires run to the PCM, or directly off the appropriate components?

the speedo is tied into the oss(output shaft sensor) on the transmission, the tach has to be hooked up to a tach adapter from auto meter, the oil pressure gauge is just tapped into the oil filter adapter, trans temp is tapped into a line pressure test port, engine temp is tapped into the cooling system, and the oil temp gauge has a bung welded into the oil pan.
