not much of an update. But I got some more iroks for $100, going to use one as a full spare. I havn't had one ever and it will be nice security. I'm keeping the one standing up and probably sell the other two and make a little cash. I'm going to get a tire groover to take out all the low tread bars. I also have ordered up my new ford hubs and rotors. Next on the list will be my chromo shafts next month maybe and then my buddy is going to help me throw the gears in and I'll have my 44 all setup. Still need to buy stuff for the rear but thats going to be last. I was going to start tearing it up here in October but I think I want to use my truck for the heavy snows here if they come. Dont wana take the mazda if it snows a foot cause it wont be plowed by the time I leave for work. So I think the new plan is save up money and get all my parts this winter and then pull it in the garage and tear down/build up in early spring like march maybe. That way I still have a couple months before the dunes trip to get it ready. I need to buy a tube bender over the winter too cause I have stuff I want to build before the trip to.

anyways, here are just a couple pics to satisfy your eyes. kinda blurry phone pics

Dude... 2 questions.

Think I can borrow the tire groover sometime and what size socket did you to make the Spanner socket. Think I'll be making one here in the next couple days as I'd like to get the 44 assembled.

Good idea on the 60, I'm gonna pull my 44 out and get one.. Then redo the steering and suspension while Its all apart. Probably run the 9" for a while, maybe just go ahead and make it a full floater with 35 spline shafts.

ok so after lots of long thoughts of what I really want/should do.. I am flipn back to my old plans. consider project DWB sas done..and hello DWB 4x4 LT

crazy maybe..but I am craving some dune mob'n

I will be getn the front end kit this winter, along with a bender and will be getn it setup pretty mean before the dunes trip. the rear will just be deavers for now and link it next year. I have a few good reasons for my decision. I may miss out on some sweet trails and rock trips, but I promiss you I am joining some of the tough truck comps around me
