Hahaha. yeah I know. but I am putting the stock bumpers on (swapped of course) so there is going to be some seriously ghetto cutting and welding and drilling going on. The blue truck does have lights now. I should post a pic of that. I'll see if I can find one on my compy

recycler. 2 were cracked, 1 cracked previously, and was repaired, so i sent them to the recycler.

Plus they were 5x5.5 lug pattern, so they wouldn't fit Rangers

and

The pushbar is a little crooked...I will get that fixed. Haha

Hope you enjoy. Any questions just ask

I bought it new off of Ebay. For a Ranger. I forget the make...basically the only stainless steel one for a Ranger. The headlight things do flare out a bit. I may use some washers to make them tuck back more or something

Brush Guard or bumper? The bumper is metal on the top and plastic on the bottom, you can see the line in the pictures. Brush guard is stainless steel

Yeah sure. I really haven't been hanging out here much recently. Too poor and into other things (like school and guns Haha)

Updates tho: Black one is sold! So that project is complete. I got a free front end swap, free paint job on both ($800 worth) and still made a $300 profit on top of that...overall I'm glad I bought that Black 2001

Second update...the 1996 Tranny is blown...so it is sitting for awhile until I can swap in a used one So...if anyone around Saskatchewan has a low km 5R55E...let me know. Haha

Anyways beginning pictures:

The very beginning:

The real beginnings:

Some in progress pics:

Phew...looking back at these is scary...taking two trucks apparent is intimidating haha. I also modified some 05+ flares and put them on:

$800 worth of paint later:

New Headlights:

Finished!!

Notes: Retaining the stock bumpers was by far the hardest part. Fabrication needed for sure, which I don't really have skills in but between me and my dad we managed to scrape something together and

The pushbar doesn't look so dumb now. I shimmed the headlight guard parts so they are tilted in more and it actually looks like it belongs on a Ranger now. I just haven't taken a pic since then and

It is easier to swap 96 stuff onto a 2001 then the other way around due to the fenders and rad support dimensions and etc. I pretty much bolted on the 96 stuff to the 2001 and everything lined up, I had to fight many hours of adjusting and modifying and shimmed and etc etc etc etc to get the 2001 stuff to look decent on my 96

Hope you enjoy the pics!
