nothing like a rail-road tie welded to the front of that thing. lol

no offense ... but a longbed fs for a TRAIL RIG? I dont know what trails are like where you guys are, but here you need a short wheelbase narrow ride to fit between trees and such

I've seen long bed extended cabs get into some pretty tricky places..

kyledm18 10-27-2008 08:41 PM

i dont really care about it and its mostly for my trails which are big, and mud bogs

i would love to see someone weld wood to metal :eek13:

my buddy suggested taking 2 rail road ties, then some heavy rope and tying them to the truck, then beating them up with crow bars and the works.. no one will go near the truck

kyledm18 10-27-2008 08:46 PM

i think he might mean the track itself??? lol if no im sooooo lost...

rangerboy101 10-27-2008 08:47 PM

^^ i meant like a piece of railroad track. idk its just something my stepdad said this morning when he was talking about road rage and ramming people that cut you off and i thought it was kinda funny. but you get the idea though.

rangerboy101 10-27-2008 08:52 PM

make a bumper like the one off of jeepers creepers.

Dont have any trails around here but it sure would be fun to cruise the gravel roads in.

kyledm18 10-27-2008 08:55 PM

What???? And nice f 250 man, looks good.

kyledm18 10-28-2008 10:20 PM

well i started it and it sounded like it had a bad knock, so i proceeded to let it warm up. after about 20 min i decided to shut it off and start it back up, well when i started it back up it went away, so i was like ok...??? all confused, well i decided to rev it a little and at 1500 rpm, the knock came back i let it idle and it went away, this went on for like 10 min then it went away all together then it came back so i put a little diesel 911 into her and it went away for 20 min of idling revving and driving in my driveway. well then it came back and didnt go away, i got a video ill upload sometime of what its doing, but i looked into it and it seems like it could be a fuel delivery problem or an oil pump that controls the injectors
