True but your more then double the price on the built stuff then if you wait and build it yourself. That would turn me away.

Turns out when I went to get the tube bender and the tubing buddy lied. it was only 10 lengths of 20 feet. 10 were 2 inch 5 were 1.5 inch and 5 were 1 inch.

I was really hoping for a million feet of tubing....think of all the cool stuff i could build with that.

So yesterday I went and adopted some unwanted parts.... I seen that they were advertised on the local off road forums as " junk " and " Do not NEED them any more ". This for some reason struck a cord deep down. So out of good nature I called the guy up and inquired about these so called junk parts. He started telling me about them and we struck up a deal. $1000 bucks and I could have them. So yesterday I went over to his place. When we went in to the garage he had to dig them out of a corner. Unlike the other parts he had sitting on a shelf these ones were truly being mistreated. So after some lifting and dusting we quickly ran over the agreement and I gave him the money and took them to there loving home. Gave them a bath and a fresh coat of paint. For a small investment I was able to give these parts a loving home with oil, friendship and a purpose to one day hit the trails at roush creek and hopefully Johnson valley.

Here is a pic that I took after some much need TLC.

Just remember guys for only pennies a day you can help parts like these find a loving home.

HAHAHA Taylor i am lucky if i can color inside the lines of a coloring book. lol No I am in the Canadian military. And every year in Halifax they have the International Halifax Tattoo. What it is, is they invite different country's to display .... something. I was part of the obstetrical course team. Every element, ( army, navy, air force, and reserve ) put in a 8 man team. That's why i was in Halifax for 6 weeks..... well that and to party like a rock star. Here is a few of the clips from this years show.

Queens own color squadron ( England)

Awesome! I saw the word "tattoo" and got a little curious.

Thanks for the video.

Anyways, the suspension is the LAST thing I would think about cheaping out on. Thats is where I would want to invest most of the project money.

Ya I am thinking the same thing, But should I spend it all up front on a system that is already put together or should I get just the axles just for now and over the course of the winter build them the way i want. And I am not sure if i want to go with coil overs or ORI struts. I am hoping someone who has done something like this would pipe in

Took it easy today, pulled everything out of the shop and cleaned it. And worked a bit on the T-cases. Also put my snowmobile/ motorcycle jack to good use. I have the t-cases resting on it. so I can jack it up in to position and move it around the shop with out breaking my back.

So first up. The guys at North West Fab are awesome. I sent them a email yesterday just after lunch. I got a response just after 3 yesterday afternoon. now either they work threw holidays or someone there is extremely dedicated. But anyway I was talking to Kris at NWF and he says that they do not make a output shaft for any C6 transmission that will convert it to 27 spline, nor do they make a NP203 input shaft in 31 spline. So..... were does this leave me. Back at square one. if i can't find the right NP203. So If I can get what I paid for it back.... I might just sell the whole thing and get a Atlas or maybe even a stack t-case.

That's what I am hoping for..... if not looks like I am going to have to run a 350 and a turbo400 to make it work.
