Mike's aka "Mcleary316" 2004 Build Thread
I really should have made a thread a long time ago but havent soooo here we go. I have owned my truck for 3 years now so I have done a lot to it so far.
First off:
The day I brought it home
For some reason I thought it was a good idea to put in my own fog lights it...
Not long after I got myself a pair of HIDs from eBay. Lucky for me they actually don't suck like most of them do.
The next thing I got was cat-back duals with a flowmaster 40.
I went for a while without doing anything and then decided I needed some different rims.
My next project was at the end of last summer. 3 inch body lift!
The latest big project was the Expo 8.8 swap I did last christmas.
The last mod I did was to add a hitch receiver.

We did my lower ball joints using a rented balljoint press and im not going to lie it sucked. Ours came with no instructions but after some messing around we were able to figure it out, it just took a lot of work. Definitely doable though, and once one side was done the other was twice as fast/easy for obvious reasons.
