Doing the headlight mod is really easy. I have an extra set of headlights for sale atm... stock off an 04 if you're wanting a set, I think they should urs tho. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. I bought my set off e-bay, ended up having to open them anyway, so I know first hand it's not difficult to do regardless.

headlight mod is simple as ****! just do it... it was my first mod on my truck, and i did it in like 4 hours... just let the paint dry, and make sure you let the silicone fully cure, overnight, before putting the lenses back in... otherwise you might have fogging... i put it in the garage in front of a small space heater, so there was airflow over the headlight hole

i also use black silicone for mine... that way if you goop it up, you can't see it

i'm almost inclined to trade you mine, because i need a new set for the hid projector conversion

no, you send me yours first! lol

if i find a set of crappy looking heads, i'll send you mine, i need an extra set anyways, so i can use them while doing the conversion...

if you decide to do your heads yourself, do them as hot and quick as you can (without melting them) one of mine is kinda pixelated... not bad, but you can see them if you look at it... i think it's because that one got hot, i pried it cooled, i heated it i pried, it cooled, and this process repeated several times (5-10) my second one didn't get those little cracks, i did it hot and fast.. i forget exactly how hot though... it's in a thread here somewhere

No leave the ford emblem the way it is. It will be the only bright thing on the front end and it will really pop I think it'll look better

There are little rings on the back you cut with dikes then with a small screw driver you kinda pry up on the plastic fingers that hold the alignment post and push out on the prong at the same time... go back and forth between the prongs and work it out... It took me about 35 mins to get it about halfway
