have you driven a supercharged engine? i dont prefer them myself. i think the potential is so much greater with a turbo setup.

turbos are a wish though, the other stuff will happen eventually.

well turbos are nice. but turbo lag is meh. I would think on the trails itd be better to have power right away. But if you do a twin setup than you can run a smaller turbo and a larger one so the small one will spool quick and then the big one will blast at high prm.

but yes turbos have more potencial thats for sure

turbos will get you more power.. but for trail riding you need to be able to punch the gas and get power right away especially if your on a bunch of ledges and you need to bump it to get up. thats one reason im leaning away from a diesel swap since it takes a while for the power to really hit.

I've driven a s/c mustang.. loved it... just for the record

I'll probably end up with a naturally aspirated Chebby 350 with some mods.. hopefully around 300hp maybe more.

Don't build something different like a ranger and then go mainstream with the power plant.

Please tell me that you are going to add some more support to those upper air shock mounts remember what happened to your front? haha but theres not nearly as much weight back their also.
and i agree on the turbos a supercharger is for mostly high rpm's if you get the right turbo/turbo's it will have very little lag

its been 22 days.. that 3 weeks!

Depending where i'm allowed to work i might do a big *** engine, just tube all around it and figure out how to reattach the fenders at some point later down the road. ha
