Holy Freakin crap. That looks way better than I ever imagined. You are the man! Are you doing any sort of rear bumper or just a front one? Are you going to use the old front bumper or make a new one.

drives pretty good. drove it all day yesterday. honestly Chris, I am not sure how you drive yours with air shocks on all 4 corners. mine is super tippy now. tons of body roll in the rear. It needs a Antirock on there. :) Its not a ton but I can imagine it would be quite different with air shocks on all 4.

The air shocks are just different and will take some getting used to. I have something clunking in the front? Or maybe its in the rear that I need to address. And I need to go over everything one more time before i start running it harder.

Did you switch to solid body mounts? I did and I cant say that I notice it to ride or make any additional noises like I expected.

Yea mine has solid mounts (cut down body lift pucks) now and the rockers are welded in the whole way down the truck...think boat sides.

Mine is a rattly mess on the inside, especialy since i added the exo and harness tie in's from the rear. I think it is shock noise getting transmited into the cab from it not being isolated anymore but who knows....I havent spent much time trying to diagnos it.

To tell you the truth, since i put the bar on the rear of mine it really doesnt lean any more than my leaf set up. I am running much less up travel than you tho and I'm running the bigger (2.5in) air shock. I think they help quite a bit when it comes to leaning/unloading.

I dont drive mine much on the road anymore tho... i've got some small projects to figure out before i would feel real comfortable driving it in detroit traffic (brakes, steering ect).

The air shocks do take some getting used to but.... you will love the 4link set up on the trail.

Good to hear is driving ok for you tho!

Oh you did get a sway bar on the rear then? What brand? I didnt realize you had 2.5s. I really only want to run these 2.0s for a while and get some 16" SAW coilovers.

I was running 60-65 down the backroads yesterday, seems to drive pretty well considering the changes to it. I have not noticed any fade from the shocks on the street like everyone claims? I'm pretty happy with it though.

You still have issues with your power steering pump?

Yea I've got a Anti-Rock in the rear only. I have nothing up front and its still seems to do ok.

Power steering pump issues are solved. My box is pretty whooped tho.. it has tons of play in the wheel. Probably a combo of box and i-shaft. Either way it needs to to re-done if i am going to be serious about driving it on the road.

My brakes are junk too... I am still running the stock master and it has never had good pedel even tho everyone i talk to says it should be able to push my brakes just fine.

Again, ok for the trail but not so much for city traffic.

I have never gotten mine to fade either. Even bombing down some trails pretty quick trying to get them to heat/raise/fade.

hmm maybe mine would be more effective in the rear than the front. i could move it and see. I didnt really think about that.

Let me know if you redo your intermediate shaft, Mine seems to be wearing already but it was all made from used junkyard parts.

Have you seen what I did with the master cylinder? You need to find a mid 90s F250 and swap that baby on there. going from a .75" bore to a 1.25" bore is a huge difference.

No i didnt see... i thought you had done something but wasnt quite sure what.

Did you do a write up on it? Was it a bolt on to the booster?

You dont happen to have a part number for the master do you?

I can get the part number off of it.

Do you have cruise? I got mine off of a F250 1996 with cruise, everything switched out properly but the lines come out on the wrong side, so you will need to run new hard lines.

I paid 20 for mine at the junkyard. I could see if there is another there. I need to go back anyway.

Bolts right to the booster. No modification needed there.

My truck does technicly still have cruise but im not sure if it works anymore... haha.

If you could pull the part number off it that would be great.

And if you headed to the JY, keep an eye out for one. I would def take it off your hands if you find one.

I really dont need the cruise to work if it makes it easier to find one.

Dont kill yourself looking for one tho...

hey, what's this crap?!

Where'd the girly stepside go? You can't rock fleetside! WTF?!

Oh, and you need to leave Indiana for some real wheeling out in NM or AZ, maybe even CO, MT, or CA. Then again, I need to shut my pie hole since my truck is "down" again. Lower eyelets on the Fox's are too short, resulting in the spring rubbing on my brand new CV shaft's outer boot.

Hey Zach, I have the 37 degree rigid flare tool and some left over -3 hardlines from building my brake lines for my car. I read somewhere you need to make new hardlines or something? Did you buy some new fittings to go in the f250 master cylinder or do the original fittings from the ranger hardlines fit in the f250 mster cyl? If not what fitting did you have to buy and would the -3 hardline work alright? From the master cylinder, where do those hardlines go so i can gauge how much line im going to need... Sorry for all the questions and i appreciate the answers lol :)

mine still had the fittings on it when i cut it off. i am not sure what they were really.

your gonna have fun putting it all in because you are going to the abs module. (i assume?)

i just used the cheap flaring tool you can get from autozone, and i just single flare everyhting, double flares always fail on me.

i cant give you a length because all my lines go to a T then to the front and the rear just goes to the rear. no abs module, i have 0 stock ford lines on my truck.
