Nice they are a good wheel from what I have read! I have always liked the style since they first came out and have ADD when it comes to wheels and tires lol, so I like to try different styles.

Teaser till I get some day light to take some decent pics.

I'd consider it if they weren't 16's. Hell of a deal though!

Stay away from 16" tires unless you will be running a standard on road tire.

The LT 16s are rated at a heavier load and ride a harder, don't air down well and IMHO $uck.

Switching from 16" to 15" made a difference.

right....

Can you provide some objective evidence? They "suck" is not very good information. different load ranges offer different performance characteristics yes.

In my application I wheel side by side with guys on 33x12.5R15 tires with the C load range and have no issues. Sure the heavier load range can ride harsher on the street but the stiffer side walls come in handy for heavier loads.

clearance is also nice with the 16in. I destroyed 2 15in rims due to rocks lodging in between the caliper and the rim. this compromised my brakes and I had to replace the rim. haven't had this issue again since 16"

No I can't because i went to the suspension lift, put on 16" alum rims and KM2 the truck rode hard.
I went to 15" tire but I chose AT instead of KM2, so I can't say for sure.
All I know it the truck rode really hard on the 16" LT rated tires.
If you stick to a standard street tire then 16" might be fine but not the LT rated tires.

The truck now with 15" BFG ATs rides great and smooth, I should have done it the first time around.

16's really aren't a bad way to go I just don't want to buy new rims. I have a friend who runs them on his ranger and he doesn't complain at all. And hes running maxxis bighorns like me. Definitely not a street tire.

The big thing is the load rating on a tire.
If low they will ride better than higher.
I do not remember then load rating on 16" KM2s but it was enough to handle an F350.

What is the lad rating on the Maxxis Tire, that's the tell all.

Since I switched to BFG ATs the ride is better, low noise level and I have been through a lot of mud and they worked well.

16" rims look good on the truck too but 17 and up start to look like ricers.

still collecting dust. Just been doing house things and garage modding. Just got a new gas heater to install in the next week or two and then its game on for winter projects. I'm really still up in the air about what I want to do for motor, but it'll come to me as I start working on it again.

but I still have it :)

thats what matters lol, always fun projects. I saw the new garage looks like a great place, I do all my work in my carport and it gets darn cold some days. not quite as cold as where you are but still cold lol.

I'm running stock 16's and if get new tires for this thing I'm gonna grab 17's. 15's are too small for me and the options for tires will still be there for 17" rims. I don't wheel enough to worry about airing down.

I can see where Grev is coming from as my 31" good years are E load and should be on an f350 since the sidewall is super thick, also when I have aired down it doesn't look like I have.
