haha, ive been working on the bed for a few hours now.
rust sucks, but i cleaned most of it up and primed it.

i still have more rust to sand down and smooth out.

i took off my tonneau cover and the foam stuff stuck to the bed, so i had to peal all of that off and sand it, what a pita that was...

im done for the day.
pics to come when i get home.

LOL, me and a friend of mine had this 94 Aerostar that was our "ratrod van" and we sprayed it flat black. Didn't look bad at all, primered and cleared.

im not painting the front, let it rot, its all rusted up from the road salt..

i have 98 parts that are clean to put on it, i just have to get a core support, hood, bumper and some bulb sockets for the turn signals.

As long as it's not painted with a paint brush like my old HS shop teacher did his station wagon with this should turn out pretty good if you take your time.

its the road salt in the winter.

all of the spots on the bed/doors are scratches and dings that need to be taken care of.

now the fenders and hood...
thats a lack of paint on primed fenders, add a little salt and bam, you have my fenders and hood haha.

hopefully i can get some more work done to it tomorrow.

after im done painting im going to wetsand it and put some clear on it.
should look good after its said and done... i hope...
